Catracha Coffee is a co-op of small farmers in and around Santa Elena, Honduras. Isidoro Sanchez is one of those farmers. His small 5-acre farm is the primary support for his family. Through a direct connection to Catracha, Two Labs Coffee is proud to offer this delightful coffee to our customers. Organic practices are used, though Catracha opts to give more money back to the farmers instead of paying for organic certification. Roasted medium, this coffee is nutty and smooth, very easy drinking.
